Products & prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Review the selected color, size, garment measurements and care instructions before purchasing. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Product information and prices may be updated; review the details shown at checkout for your purchase.
Payment authorization
By submitting a payment request, you authorize payment for the total shown at checkout through the applicable payment service. Payment must be confirmed before an order can be accepted and fulfilled.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance after payment and order details have been verified. Submitting a checkout request alone does not establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted. Contact customer support if you have a question about your order status.
Shipping
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Order handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days; it is an estimate rather than a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed GMT−06:00 (Central Standard Time); this offset does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin the handling count that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin the count on the next business day.
Returns & refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, garments must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason before sending an item back. We will provide authorization and return instructions. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos may help us assess it. Ordinary unworn, packaging and tag conditions do not automatically exclude these claims. We pay return shipping when the return is due to our error, damage or a defect. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping to our address in Italy. We charge no restocking fee. Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days. The time your financial institution takes to display the credit may vary.
Taxes
Checkout currently displays tax of $0. This does not represent a claim that the products are legally tax-exempt.
Use of the website
Please provide accurate details and use the website lawfully. Website content, including the dyunelabb identity and original product images, may not be used in a way that infringes applicable rights.
